Announcement of Beatification Process for Blessed Lubomyr by His Beatitude Sviatoslav

His Beatitude Sviatoslav’s announcement of the beginning of the beatification process of Blessed Lubomyr has sparked excitement and reverence among the faithful. Blessed Lubomyr Husar, who passed away in 2017, has been remembered for his words of wisdom and his spiritual guidance, especially during these challenging times of war.

The decision to start the beatification process comes after years of prayers and testimonies from people who have experienced signs, graces, and healings through Blessed Lubomyr’s intercession. His holiness has been recognized by many, leading to a growing devotion to him.

The investigation into Blessed Lubomyr’s beatification and canonization was initiated in response to the overwhelming support from individuals and communities of the faithful. The Kyiv Archeparchy of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church is leading the case, with Father Pavlo Lohota appointed as the postulator.

As the Year of Blessed Lubomyr concludes on the 91st anniversary of his birth, the faithful are filled with hope and anticipation for the official recognition of Blessed Lubomyr’s holiness. The beatification process is a testament to his impact on the lives of many and a celebration of his legacy of faith and service.
